There is a booster fan on the dryer and ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom to assist you in saving money on electricity. New Energy Star Refrigerator. New Self-cleaning Stove. Owner manages this unit and has several other units to offer. Most residents renew with us, if they are continuing to rent in Blacksburg. We try to treat everyone as individuals. We hope that people who rent our units will take care of our residences, pay the rent on time, and be respectful of the neighbors. In return we try hard to maintain our units and provide a quiet neighborhood with lots of parking and nice views.

Please no smoking. There are no random pet odors to surprise you when the unit is closed up for the winter and the heat comes on. No uncaged pets or pet capable of being heard outside the unit even with the windows open is permitted in any of our units. Especially, since many residents feed birds, we do not permit outdoor cats. We try hard to provide quiet for the neighborhood; so only songbirds. Also, we keep a pet history on all our units since renovations so we can advise people with allergies as to what has lived in the unit recently. Well cared for unusual caged exotics are likely to be allowed.

After living with us for a couple of years, the current resident has found a job out of the area. Therefore, she no longer needs a place in Blacksburg. We try hard to help residents who need to move find someone to assume the lease so that the vacating residents do not have to pay rent on a vacant apartment. Also, few people move on the date on which their lease ends due the need to be residing out of the area before their lease ends for any number of reasons. We do not allow sublets, but, rather write new leases for the incoming residents and make changes on the original leases if it is merely a change in roommates.
