This unit has amazing extra space and great closets! The view is spectacular, the new Brazilian hardwood entrance and covered porch is beautiful.

The new kitchen exhaust system has a silencer and variable speed control; so you can keep cooking odors and grease from becoming a cleaning chore. This new exhaust fan needs the timer we installed because it is so quiet, you will forget the fan is running!

The insulation in the attic is great, plus there is a thermal break to add to the energy savings, plus there is a reflective standing seam metal roof overhead. The neighborhood is safe. There are many, many great features to this unit.

The maximum number of residents is 2 because of the health department regulations.

Since there has been no smoking and no uncaged pets in the building since major renovations, the place is very, very clean and quiet and you can leave your windows open to enjoy the fresh air.

This unit has a heatpump, but you will rarely need it in the summer except, perhaps, to remove the Blacksburg humidity. In the cooler months, you will save money by only heating the rooms you are using since there are individual thermostatically controlled wall heaters in each room and each room is insulated from the other rooms in the unit as well as from the adjacent units.

The soundproofing between rooms and units is remarkably effective!
