Very quiet. Lots of storage. Ample kitchen with pass through to living room. Nice cabinets. Patio. Ground Floor. Solid masonry construction so sound does not pass from unit to unit. Not a complex which welcomes partiers; so very quiet. Please no smoking. No uncaged or noisy pets. Water/sewer/trash included. Virtually brand new front loader washer/dryer. Ethernet/cable TV avail. Owner manages this unit and has several other units to offer. Rarely do residents not renew with us, if they are continuing to rent in Blacksburg. We try to treat everyone as individuals. For example, this unit is available now because the current resident is graduating and we are willing to offer the unit as available before the end of his lease. Being more flexible than many other landlords/managers is extra headache for us, but is what we would hope someone would do for us. We hope that someone will take this unit between May 15 and August 1st so that we can continue to get the income and the current resident is able to save having to pay for a unit he no longer needs. We ask that residents take care of our residences, pay the rent on time, and be respectful of the neighbors. In return we try hard to maintain our units and provide a quiet neighborhood with lots of parking and nice views.
